What to Expect

Whether its your first time in therapy or you’ve already started your healing journey, the therapeutic experience is different with every therapist.

Check out what it is like with Madison below!

  • Initial Phone Call

Reach out to schedule a free 15 to 30 minute phone call! We’ll chat a bit about what is going on and how we might be able to best support you.

  • First Meeting

During our first meeting, also called an intake, I will ask you more questions than you ever thought possible. Truly so many questions. This is all to get to know you better and learn more about your symptoms so we can work together to create a treatment plan which helps us establish your goals and how we’re going to meet them.

  • Following Sessions

All of our other sessions are going to be determined by you! This is about you for you. Whether it is helping you manage whatever life is throwing at you in the present, revisiting any unprocessed event from your past, or altering patterns to get you closer to who you want to be in the future— we can do it all together.
