Who We Are

We are a compassionate, evidence-based virtual counseling practice dedicated to helping individuals and families feel grounded, supported, and connected as they navigate trauma, life transitions, and personal challenges. Through a warm, collaborative approach, we provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Madison (Gabriel) Long, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Bachelors degree from Wake Forest University in Psychology with a double minor in Neuroscience and Sociology. My Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Based in North Carolina and South Carolina, I offer virtual therapy to individuals across the states. With several years of counseling experience, I’m passionate about helping people feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves and their lives.

I specialize in trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, and perinatal and postpartum mental health. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating life’s many transitions and challenges. Whether you’re healing from past experiences, struggling with anxiety, overwhelmed, adjusting to parenthood, or working to improve your relationship with food and your body, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can move at your own pace, feel truly heard, and build skills for meaningful, lasting change.
